We are always looking to talk to talented HVAC and/or Ammonia Refrigeration Service Technicians throughout the state of Wisconsin. We are a union employer who first checks with the union for available technicians. However, many times this is such a specific skill set that we end up needing to conduct our own search. Sales Professionals – Service

Our Service Department is always looking for the next superstar sales rep to join our team. Our Maintenance Sales Representatives sell HVAC preventive maintenance contracts to commercial and industrial customers. Technical HVAC knowledge is not needed for this sales position. The ideal fit for this role is someone who is self-motivated and driven, has a strong passion for sales, proven communication skills (written and verbal), a desire to work in a fast-paced environment, and has experience speaking with all different groups of people. While previous business-to-business and/or service sales experience is ideal, it is not required. If you’re someone who has not yet worked in sales but has a passion for it and is looking for that 1^st sales position to get your career started on the right foot, we may want to talk to you too.  All three of our locations (Madison, Milwaukee, and Kaukauna) have this position and would be interested in speaking with someone who is a “must-have” on our team.
