Bassett’s controls technicians who belong to the Controls Expert Program learn ISCS, and those on the ES level provide the knowledge upfront so they can walk onto a customer’s site with confidence, knowing they’re asking the right questions and providing the correct answers.

Brian and Josh can attest that “… it’s very user-friendly. Carrier’s i-Vu system is, hands down, the easiest system to work on. It’s designed so a customer who knows nothing about HVAC or controls can do it by looking at a picture.”
