The corporate overview is told by Kim Bassett, President and CEO of Bassett Mechanical.

Our success is built on these principles as well as earning our reputation as a leader in metal fabricating, mechanical contracting, process safety management, and proactive maintenance service.

Our mission is to safely deliver exceptional value for our customers through custom engineered solutions with the team of expert engineers, fabricators, installers, and service professionals.

One of our core values is safety. It is our top priority to provide a safe work environment for our people, both in our 268,000 square foot manufacturing facility in
Kaukauna, Wisconsin and on job sites across the country. A focus is placed on providing our associates with the best safety equipment available as well as extensive and ongoing training to ensure everyone arrives home safely at the end of each day.

Our safety achievements have been recognized and awarded by a variety of organizations including the Associated General Contractor’s of Wisconsin, the Mechanical Contractors Association of America, and the Wisconsin Safety Council. Building on our reputation for superior long-term value we have a deep commitment to continually improve the quality of our products, services and responsiveness to our customers needs. In fact we have received the Supplier of the Year award from numerous customers and were named Wisconsin Manufacturer of the Year in the large business category. To support our commitment to quality we are ISO 9001 certified and in 2006 began the process of transforming the organization through the implementation of Lean Disciplines, practices, and tools. This enables each of our associates to more sharply focus on creating greater value for our customers eliminating waste and continuously improving our products and services.

At Bassett Mechanical it is our goal to be your single source supplier from mechanical contracting, metal fabricating, proactive maintenance services, and process safety management
requirements. We are experts in industrial refrigeration, HVAC, piping, plumbing, PLC controls, ASME pressure vessels, custom sheet metal fabrication, and customized maintenance service agreements. We utilize state of the art software and tools such as 3D CAD and BIM.

Our business is supported by our most important asset, our people. Bassett employs more than 350 people including over 50 certified service technicians, 60 welders, 15 project managers, and 18 professional licensed engineers with over 500 years of combined service. This expertise and experience allows us to effectively serve key market segments such as food processing, cheese and dairy, cold storage, oil and gas, industrial manufacturing, healthcare, and data processing just to highlight a few.
