“As far as service is concerned we are preventative maintenance first, that’s our goal to make sure that you don’t have a lot of trouble service calls but if there is and there needs to be a project, we have a project team that coordinates that repair, we have a mechanical contracting team that can engineer solutions for customers and have that installed, once it’s installed we can service it throughout the life of that equipment. We can pretty much do everything,” says Brad, Service Supervisor at Bassett Mechanical. 

“We have around 100 service technicians and we’re all the way across the state. We have four locations so we can take care of just about everywhere in the state that we need to,” mentions Logan, Technician at Bassett Mechanical.

“24/7 service is just another thing that we do. There’s always someone on call. When our technicians take control of a facility they take over that contract, they become the eyes and ears for that customer. There’s many times that we’ve seen something that the customer was unaware of and we were able to catch it before it became a real problem that would’ve caused a shutdown. Our customers are well taken care of. We have such good relationships with our customers that most of our technicians take it upon themselves to take care of that customer no matter what the problem is,” says Brad. 

OUR CAPABILITIES

“We take care of everything in commercial office buildings from process burners and boilers all the way down to furnaces and ductless splits. We work with the engineers and the construction teams to figure out what the customers need and  figure out from the customer what they’re looking for,” says Logan. 

“Plumbing, controls, HVAC, we focus more on the preventative maintenance so that we can minimize the amount of service calls a customer may encounter. We’ll send our technicians out to actually get specific training on that equipment and they become specialized and working on that equipment. If a technician that is going to do the work in that facility doesn’t have that training,  we make sure that we get them that training so that we can support that customer. At Bassett, we have the expertise to support the most customized or unique needs a customer may have with our engineers and our mechanical contracting team,” comments Brad.
